EVENT TERMS

BOOKING

By making a booking for our event, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. All attendees must fill in the order form and book their ticket in advance on the website for the event they wish to attend. Upon successfully booking, you will receive a booking confirmation email. All attendees must conduct themselves in a courteous manner whilst attending our events. We reserve the right to refuse entry to individuals or groups at our events. For anyone with a disability or medical condition that requires special arrangements, please notify us of your requirements before making your booking.

LOSSES

You are liable for any loss or damage which you may cause to an external venue and agree to adhere to all their housekeeping rules, procedures and policies (including policies as to behaviour and conduct) that may be in place at any venue.  Event attendees shall be required to keep their personal belongings with them at all times and we accept no liability for damage to, or loss of, personal belongings. We do not accept any responsibility for any loss (including, without limitation, theft) of any property occasioned on our premises or at external venues.

REFUNDS

We have a no refund policy unless when the event is cancelled. In such circumstances, we will offer a full refund or transfer the booking to the next event. All refunds and transfers are at the discretion of Muslim Marriage Agency.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  1. Nothing in these terms and conditions will: (a) limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury resulting from our or your negligence, as applicable; (b) limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) limit or exclude any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law.

  2. To the extent that the Website and Content are provided free of charge, we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage of any kind.

  3. We will not be liable to you in respect of any losses arising out of events beyond our reasonable control.

  4. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muslim Marriage Agency accepts no liability for any of the following:

    1. any business losses, such as loss of profits, income, revenue, anticipated savings, business, contracts, goodwill or commercial opportunities;

    2. loss or corruption of any data, database or software;

    3. any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage.

LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Legal Notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any dispute(s) arising in connection with this Legal Notice are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of England and Wales.
